Spiny Knotted Bracelet
One thing that will become very apparent about me as you read this blog is that I have a million projects going on at once. And occasionally I even finish something! hahaha

This is one of those projects that I’ve had sitting around waiting to be completed. It is based off of a class I took on how to make bracelets a la Stephanie Sersich. Of course, hers are the greatest because she’s a super-talented glass beadmaker and she has all the fun beads she makes at her disposal. I am forever hunting down beads shaped like flowers and droplets to put on my spiny bracelets. I love this kind of bracelet because it doesn’t have a set pattern, you decide as you work which beads and colors you want to add in. I also enjoy finding just the right bead or button to use as the closure.

I haven’t gotten a chance to look at it yet, but I see that Stephanie has a book out on her jewelry design. I have this on my wishlist! Hopefully I’ll acquire it soon, sounds great.

Lovely! I don’t know what it is about your jewelry that reminds me of underwater flora and fauna. The colors? The shapes? That book looks awesome!
